Return and Refunds: In addition to the one (1) year Limited One-Year Hardware Warranty as set forth above, if you are not satisfied with the Product you purchased for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date and receive a full refund. Please note shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable, and buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Restrictions. This limited warranty does not cover if the Product (a) abuse issues resulting from willful, intentional or accidental damage caused by the customer, (b) any tampering with, or alteration of, the Products by a third party other than a service agent authorized by mAIrobotics,  (c) use of the Products in violation of express instructions in the Use Manual or other applicable documentation; or (d) conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.  If above circumstances occurred, we would charge a reasonable fee for replacing or repairing at our discretion. Any refundable return subject to “Return and Refunds” policy shall keep the Product in original condition and package. Otherwise, the refund request may be denied at our discretion.

 

Replacement and Repairs: Within the Limited Warranty Period, mAIrobotics, at its discretion, will replace or repair the defective Products within reasonable time after issuing RMA number subject to below Claim Procedure. In addition to one (1) year Limited warranty period as set forth above under “Limited Warranty”, if you are the original end-user or purchaser of a product, and found missing parts or Product was Dead On Arrival , you may return for a replacement  within fifteen (15) calendar days after received the products. Only items that have been purchased directly from the mAIrobotics can be returned to mAIrobotics. Products purchased through other retailer or resellers must be returned in accordance with such retailer’s or reseller’s respective returns and refunds policy. Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable.  

 

CLAIM PROCEDURES

To qualify for a replacement or repairs buyer must:

  1. Contact mAIrobotics by email at tech.support@mairobotics.com with your order details.
  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from mAIrobotics after contacting mAIrobotics pursuant to item 1 above.
  3. Ship the Product back to mAIrobotics in its original packaging to the shipping address set forth below; and
  4. Include a valid RMA number with your return shipment, visible on the outside of the returned package and the copy of original Invoice if the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced.
